We back up our services and repairs with a flexible warranty that is oriented to the needs and expectations of our customers.
We guarantee our work
We guarantee the quality of the services we perform. If an auto repair or service was performed improperly, we will redo the service at no additional cost to you during the established warranty period.
Ready when we promised
If your vehicle is not ready when we promised it would be, we will offer you a 10% discount or chargeback for this service.
6 months or 6,000 miles
Most parts and services purchased at PLA Automotive Limited are covered for a minimum of six months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. Some parts and services have a different warranty.
Faulty parts replaced
Auto parts which prove to be unserviceable during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge, with no additional fee for further parts or labour.
What it covers
Warranties apply to the parts installed and the service performed on private passenger vehicles. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
